This is a perfect healthy winter meal here is what you'll need:
Sourdough Bowl:
3 cups of sourdough starter; bubbly
5 -6 cups flour
1 tbsp sea salt
1 1/2 c warm water
In glass bowl let starter sit on counter for 4 hours or overnight to get to room temperature and bubble.
Add in warm water, stir well.
Transfer to stand mixer with dough attachment, add in 2 cups flour and salt, mix until combined.
Add in 2-3 more cups flour (one at a time) until becomes a dough. Beat for 10 mins.
Remove and put into a glass bowl drizzled with olive oil, cover and let sit for 2-4 hrs to rise
Remove towel, add in 1/2 cup flour and hand kneed for 5-10 mins. Cut into 6-8 balls and place on sheet pan, lined with parchment paper. Cover and let rise 1 more hour
Preheat over to 450, brush with olive oil. Bake for 20 mins. Let cool, cut off top and scrap out the inside to allow room to fill with soup or stew!
